About our Office's Payment & Insurance Policies
For your convenience, we accept cash, check or money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Care Credit. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have any questions regarding your account, please call 802-295- 2458 ext 204.
Please remember that you are responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance status.
We are happy to assist you with your insurance benefits by filing your dental claims. We require payment of your deductible and any co-payments at the time services are rendered. Once your insurance has reconciled, any remaining balance is your responsibility. A statement will be mailed to you, and your prompt payment is appreciated.
If you need to make monthly payments, we offer convenient “no-interest” or “low-interest” monthly payment plans through CareCredit. Please ask Lori, Jennifer or Lynn to assist you in applying before your appointment. You may also apply on-line at CareCredit.com or call (800) 365-8295 at your convenience.
